Getting here and access
Is there parking?
Parking is free for guests, behind the hotel off Chapel Lane. Give reception your registration when you arrive so you don’t get a ticket.
How do I get here from the station?
We’re a twelve-minute walk from Tamsford station: turn left out of the station and follow the quay, and we’re on the right. A taxi is about £7.
Is there step-free access?
The Courtyard Room is step-free from the car park, with a wet-room shower and grab rails. The restaurant and bar are on the ground floor. There is no lift to the upper floors.
Policies
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included in all our room rates. Non-residents are welcome too, at £16 per person.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome in four of our rooms and in the bar, at £15 per stay. They can’t come into the restaurant. Mention your dog when you enquire so we can put you in the right room.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. Reception can help with changes to an existing booking.
Everything else
Do you have family rooms?
Our Family Room has a king-size bed and a sofa bed for two children, with space for a travel cot. Children under five stay free.
Do you host weddings?
Yes. The Sail Loft is licensed for ceremonies and seats up to eighty. Our events team can send you details and availability; use the enquiry form on the Weddings page.
Is there anything to do nearby?
The coast path starts at the end of the quay, and two coves are within a twenty-minute walk. There are more ideas on our Local area page, and maps at reception.
